Freewave Radio Leiden is an online radio station based in the Netherlands that is dedicated to broadcasting a mix of retro music, with a focus on hits from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, catering to a nostalgic audience. Started as a pirate in 1983 with only four employees, the station grew in the course of 1984 into a professional radio station that broadcast 24 hours a day via 96.4 FM.
